Components are manufactured individually at the  factory to meet the needs of each client up to a maximum projection of 3.8 metres (12'6").

Manufacture

These products are manufactured form Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP), a modern version of fibreglass in a full range of colours. GRP is strong, long lasting and virtually maintenance free.

Beams are laminated in GRP and roofing sheets are also in GRP, machine formed to an exclusive profile design for strength and long life. If posts or brackets are required these are structural alloy or grade 43 galvanised steel finished in a maintenance free white or woodstain.

Every installation is individually made to measure, from our free survey, and each project is planned using 3D computer-aided design. This takes into account structural calculations and the aesthetic requirements. Planning permission is not  normally required unless you live in a protected area and we will be pleased to advise on this.

 If posts or brackets are required these are structural alloy or grade 43 galvanised steel finished in a maintenance free range of colours.

INSTALLATION METHOD

Roof beams are bolted directly to masonry. Roof sheets are fixed with self-drilling screws, and then fitted with white caps. Where required, sheets are sealed with high mod silicone sealant. Fascia screwed & gutter screwed to suit.
